A crowd of heroes.
The work was inspired by the volume of young faces from the different forces and different wars. It is a crowded painting and there doesn’t seem to be room for today’s soldier from Afganistan. The more colour the more recent the war.It starts with the Boer War and also includes a Banker Island Nurse.
Painted on 12oz canvas stretcher and is framed in a gun metal feel frame.
